Woodlands Park Homes is located on Danesbury Park Road in Welwyn, close to the Mardley Heath Nature Reserve. Everyday amenities, including a post office and butcher, are available within walking distance at Mardley Stores.
In accordance with the site rules, the Park is exclusively for retired and semi-retired residents aged 50 and over. The site currently comprises 48 homes.
